【若财政政策没有改善，各国央行将无法遏制通胀】
根据在美国杰克逊霍尔会议上提交给决策者的一份研究报告显示，各国央行将无法控制通胀，甚至可能推高物价，除非政府开始以更为审慎的预算政策发挥作用。约翰霍普金斯大学经济学教授Francesco Bianchi和芝加哥联储经济学家Leonardo Melosi表示，如果货币紧缩没有得到适当财政调整预期的支持，财政失衡的恶化将导致更大的通胀压力。结果，名义利率和通胀上升、经济停滞和债务增加的恶性循环就会出现，在这种病态的情况下，货币紧缩实际上会刺激通胀上升，引发一场有害的财政滞胀。

Secure video calling is in high demand. As an alternative to Zoom, many people are using end-to-end encrypted apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal to speak to friends and family face-to-face since coronavirus lockdowns started to take place across the world. There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.
However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
